I begynnelsen av mai la regjeringen frem forslag til digitalsikkerhetslov. Lovforslaget følger opp stortingsmeldingen om nasjonal kontroll og digital motstandskraft fra desember 2022. Dermed ligger det nå an til at NIS-direktivet fra EU implementeres i norsk rett.
