Online: Change and Project Assurance workshop

This virtual course will share best practices in project assurance and then give you insights to benchmark and enhance your current approach to project assurance/auditing.

IIA standards say that we need to be aligned with the strategies, objectives and risks of the organisations we work for and that we need to be proactive and insightful and add value. This means that internal audit teams need to be able to understand and contribute to key change initiatives and projects. However, this is an area where there are often experienced project managers, so there is a good chance that IA involvement will not always be appreciated.

This virtual course will share best practices in project assurance and then give you insights to benchmark and enhance your current approach to project assurance/auditing.
