The Agile in Audit – Scrum Fundamentals Course

The Agile In Audit Scrum Fundamentals (AIA-SF) course presents scrum for audit teams. Delegates learn via a mix of instruction and teambased exercises. The roles, events, artifacts and rules of Scrum are taught, demonstrated and practiced.

Exercises that connect the roles, events and artifacts of Scrum with the common roles, meetings and elements of auditing are undertaken. The course culminates with a case study where the agile auditing techniques just taught, are practiced.2-day course delivered live virtually over 4 afternoons.

Who Are Agile in Audit?

Our director, Derek Davidson, was responsible for training the first successful ‘agile audit’ function in a UK bank. Who is Derek Davidson?

Derek is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) with the Scrum Alliance and a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) with Scrum.org. He is the first Scrum Trainer in Europe dualcertified by both the Scrum Alliance and Scrum.org
He has spent the last two decades focused on agile ways of working and has spent half of that time working as a consultant with some of the World’s best known organizations.

Derek is the creator of the Agile in Audit Scrum Fundamentals course, a course that has been taught successfully for hundreds of students working with organizations such as :
Barclays Bank, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Bank of Ireland, Morgan Stanley, Nomura and Aon (Insurance).
